They don't have the same DNA, I think. There are variations. In X-Men lore, identical twins have the usual trope of having the same power or at least different powers that can relate to each other.

Identical twins are born with the same powers (Prof. X’s brain dead twin could use his powers when he was possessed by the Professor in the post credits of The Last Stand).
Non-identical twins are just normal siblings, usually in the comics they both have powers, along a similar theme.
Identical twins could have different powers by induced mutation to change their DNA after they were born.
