2000s

Deadpool & Wolverine uses the designation Earth-10005 for the revised timeline, which is the same designation used for the original timeline. As such, the wiki is currently operating on the basis that Wolverine overwrote the same timeline without creating a branch. Despite the overwrite, certain pages have been marked with "/Revised Timeline" to distinguish events that occurred pre-timeline rewrite with those that occurred post-rewrite.

January

17th

• Trask Industries announces that Camp X-Ray will be built at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a mutant detention facility.

• Scientists with the HGP (Human Genome Project) publish the first complete map of the human genome.

• Pitfall: The Lost Expedition releases on Xbox and PlayStation 2.

• Marie D'Ancanto discovers her ability to absorb people's energy, when she kisses her boyfriend David and puts him into a deep coma for three weeks.
• U.S. Senator Robert Kelly attempts to pass a "Mutant Registration Act" in Congress, meanwhile Marie adopted the name "Rogue" then fled to Alberta and met Logan, Suddenly, both of them are attacked by Sabretooth, Cyclops and Storm arrive and saved them and brought them to the X-Mansion, Senator Kelly is Abducted by Mystique and Toad and brought to Magneto on Genosha, who tests a Conversion Machine on him though Kelly manages to escape imprisonment with his new abilities, After an accident caused by Rogue, she convinced by Mystique (disguised as Bobby Drake) to leave the school, Xavier uses Cerebro to locate Rogue at a train station, Mystique infiltrates Cerebro and sabotages the machine. At the train station, Wolverine convinces Rogue to stay with Xavier but a fight ensues with Magneto, Toad and Sabretooth then the kidnapped Rogue then the X-Men arrived at at Xavier's school, Kelly dissolves into water then The X-Men learn that Magneto intends to use Rogue's ability on himself to power his machine. Xavier uses the Cerebro to locate Rogue but falls into a coma, Jean Grey fixes it and uses Cerebro to find Magneto's machine on the Statue of Liberty, which Magneto intends to use on the world leaders who are meeting for a summit on nearby Ellis Island, the group arrives at the top of the statue and kills Toad, Wolverine destroyed the machine and saved Rogue, Xavier recover from his coma, Wolverine sent by Xavier to military base near Alkali Lake to learn about his past, Magneto is in Plastic Prison.

22nd

• William Stryker used Nightcrawler to fail assassinate President McKenna of the United States in the White House Oval Office in order to manipulate him, then vanishes at the last moment, leaving behind a knife with a tag that reads "Mutant Freedom Now!", The incident stirs up anti-mutant feelings around the country, supporting the Mutant Registration Act that eliminates peaceful coexistence, Wolverine reaches the snowy Alkali Lake and found nothing about his past, Colonel William Stryker visits the President and gets approval for an attack on the school, Later, Stryker visits Magneto in his Plastic Prison to question him again, using a chemical placed on the back of his neck. Stryker demands to know everything Magneto knows about Cerebro, Wolverine returns the School, Xavier locates Nightcrawler with Cerebro and sends Storm and Jean to retrieve him, and found him in a church and willingly went along with them, Meanwhile, Cyclops and Professor X visit Magneto then military invaded the School led by William Stryker, six mutants captured and the rest escaped, Wolverine, Rogue, Bobby and Pyro escape in Cyclops' Car and head to Boston, Mystique meets Magneto's guard, Mitchell Laurio, in a bar and drugs him, then gives him an injection of a silver-colored fluid, Magneto confesses that he has told Stryker everything. At that moment, gas enters the prison chamber and both men pass out, Outside, Cyclops fights the prison guards but is defeated by Stryker's powerful assistant, Lady Deathstrike In the meantime, Mystique learn where Magneto located eventually manages to trick one of his security guards, Laurio, and drugs him and injects iron into him, Later, Laurio brings Magneto his breakfast and Magneto killed him and escaped, meanwhile Wolverine and the kids heads to Bobby Drake's family's home.

November

2nd

• An unnamed man is elected President of the United States.

• X-Men infiltrates the remnants of William Stryker's base to get Cerebro parts , once inside, discover a group of agents called HYDRA looting the base and Stryker had been building giant robots called Sentinels as another plan to eradicate mutantkind, they retrieved Cerebro parts, battling a Sentinel in the process, A massive Sentinel - the Master Mold is activated and rises from Alkali Lake. The X-Men and Lady Deathstrike escape; Logan attaches himself to Deathstrike's helicopter to follow her while the other X-Men return to the institute, Iceman stops Pyro from triggering a meltdown at a nuclear power plant while Storm and Nightcrawler stop Multiple Man from blowing up a bridge,Meanwhile, Logan follows Deathstrike and her HYDRA agents to Japan. Logan learns that Deathstrike and HYDRA are working for the Silver Samurai. After battling though legions of HYDRA forces, Logan confronts Silver Samurai and defeats him, Magneto and Sabretooth travel to Hong Kong to help the X-Men, Iceman battles Sentinels and recovers HYDRA's device, Magneto arrives and uses the device to incapacitate the Master Mold, which crashes to the ground, but his helmet is knocked off of his head and Magneto is subdued by Jason's telepathic powers, Nightcrawler disables the Master Mold's control center then disables the Master Mold's neural net, Meanwhile, Iceman destroys the core of the Master Mold, Sabretooth abducts Jason and attempts to make his escape, Logan tracks Sabretooth's scent and confronts him while Kurt escapes with Jason, The two have a vicious battle, ending with Logan throwing Sabretooth from a great height to be impaled below. Jason dies, thanking Nightcrawler for saving him. Magneto leaves at Xavier's mansion Kurt leaves, Meanwhile, Cyclops goes to Jean Grey's house and sees her then she shut the door on him. The game ends with Cyclops begging to be let inside
