Bob is a soldier that worked for Ajax and an old friend of Deadpool.
Biography
Deadpool
At some point, Bob met Wade Wilson. Many years later, the two would meet again on opposing sides. After a brief exchange over how things had been, Wade knocked Bob out and dragged him away, either to safety or to put him and among other dead soldiers in a formation that spelled out Ajax's real name: Francis.
