Outcome
Charles now in a wheelchair, decides to use his mansion as a school for mutants. While on the grounds of the school, he and Moira kiss and Charles uses his power to wipe her memory of him and her time with the X-Men, for fear of any information getting to the CIA. Hank, Alex and Sean stay with Charles for the next few years at least, helping him teach students and remaining as X-Men.
Erik breaks Emma Frost out of her CIA cell inviting her to join his Brotherhood of Mutants with Mystique, Azazel, Riptide and Angel Salvadore.
