The Golden Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge located in San Francisco, California. It is featured in X-Men: The Last Stand.

X Men: The Last Stand

Before Magneto and his Brotherhood of Mutants go to Alcatraz, they are on a hill in Marin County, which overlooks the Golden Gate Bridge. Juggernaut asks Magneto how they will get to Alcatraz as he can't swim. Magneto states that he'll take care of it.

Building Bridges

On the bridge, cars drive across the bridge. All of a sudden, the cars crash into each other and stop, while the bridge shakes violently.

Trivia

  • The sequence where Magneto rips the end of the Golden Gate Bridge and moves it towards Alcatraz was based on "New X-Men" #147, where he did the same with the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.
