Jonah is a mutant, artificially created by the Transigen Project to use as a soldier.

- Puppet Mastery: Jonah can control the physical movements of others, by forcing them to mimic his own movements. Jonah was able make a Reaver soldier shoot himself by mimicking the action on himself.
