Post-credits Scenes are a recurring staple in the feature films of the X-men films, where a clip is shown during and/or after the ending credits. The clip usually foreshadows future films, resolves a plotline from the film.

X-Men: The Last Stand		Dr. Moira MacTaggert checks on a comatose patient who greets her with Xavier's voice, leaving her startled.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine		In a mid-credits scene, a weary Stryker is being detained for questioning by some MPs in connection to the death of his superior, General Munson (whom Stryker did in fact kill earlier after Munson's declaration of his intent to shut down the former's project).
		Foreshadowing Deadpool, Deadpool's arm slowly pulls its implanted blade back inside his body, then it moves further, in search. Deadpool's head is seen, mouth no longer sealed, opening his eyes and whispering a short "Shh", revealing that he is still alive.
		Wolverine is at a bar in Japan drinking shots of whiskey. After asking for another shot, the Japanese bartender asks him if he is American. Wolverine responds, “Canadian… I think.” She then asks if he’s drinking to forget and he replies, “No. I’m drinking to remember.”
The Wolverine		Foreshadowing X-Men: Days of Future Past, Two years later, Logan returns to the United States and is approached at the airport by Magneto, who warns him of a grave new threat to the mutant race and Professor X, who Logan previously thought was dead.
X-Men: Days of Future Past		Foreshadowing X-Men: Apocalypse, in Egypt, a crowd chants to En Sabah Nur, who is using telekinesis to build pyramids as four horsemen watch from nearby.
X-Men: Days of Future Past Rogue Cut		The ending shows a brief scene of Bolivar Trask locked up in Magneto's cell at the Pentagon.
Deadpool		Foreshadowing Deadpool 2, (which is partially an homage to Ferris Bueller's Day Off post-credit scene) Deadpool is dressed in a robe and talk directly to the audience in a hallway that looks similar to the one in Ferris Bueller. Similar to Ferris, Deadpool says "You're still here? It's over. Go home." He then announces that there will be a sequel involving Cable. He also warns the audience not to leave their trash in the theater. At the end of the scene, Deadpool leans back into the frame from behind a doorway, and makes the "Chicka-chickahhhh" sound from Ferris Bueller.
X-Men: Apocalypse		Foreshadowing Logan, The abandoned Weapon X facility is infiltrated by a paramilitary team that begins retrieving all data regarding Stryker's mutant research on behalf of the Essex Corporation.
Deadpool 2		Deadpool has Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Yukio, repair Cable's time-traveling device to allow him to perform several tasks, including saving Vanessa and Peter from their deaths, shooting dead X-Men Origins: Wolverine's version of Deadpool in an effort to "fix the timeline", and finally actor Ryan Reynolds after he reads and approves the movie script for the Green Lantern film.
Deadpool 2 Super Duper Cut		Deadpool travels back in time to an orphanage in Germany, he contemplates whether he can kill baby Hitler.
