The Neural Inhibitor is a head gear that William Stryker used on Professor X while he was captive at Alkali Lake.
History
The devise was made to prevent telepathic contact which can cause pain to the brain when attempting. It was also used to prevent Professor X from preventing the illusions from Jason Stryker.
