Ronny Drake is the younger brother to Iceman. Envious of his brother's powers.
Biography
X2: X-Men United
Ronny entered his house with his parents finding Logan there. Bobby came down with Rogue and Pyro and Bobby said that was mutant. After Ronny called the police wanting them to leave, he witnessed the mutants demonstrate their powers.
