The topless male form is not a problem, but the topless female form is (more specifically, uncensored female nipples). Whatever your personal opinions on that rule, FANDOM is a global company that implements these rules out of necessity.
You are free to upload a censored version in its place.
With regards to https://twitter.com/moviepollz/status/997544892619354112, it would need to be censored in a conventional fashion (e.g. pixelation or black bars). Photo manipulation as suggested would not be satisfactory, essentially for the same reason these rules cover drawings as well - it's about what the image conveys, not about how it's made.
If it's your rules, it's your rules. I've all intention to abide by the policies, even if I don't find them completely understandable or fair. I have a feeling that if a user uploaded the image but censored them with male nipples (as they are allowed) that would still be removed though. And I'd rather no censored or edited images be uploaded here, so if that particular image isn't allowed here, that's fine.
The terms said no nudity on most wikias, especially those geared toward children. I had thought it would be acceptable for a wikia where certain movies possess the R rating and because we had images of topless Wolverine here (the terms didn't specify gender, last I checked.)
So the infraction wasn't intentional. Thanks for replying!

Hey there, thanks for your understanding. There are a variety of factors (several outside our direct control) that cause us to have these rules.
The exceptions are pretty narrow, but generally cover things like famous Renaissance paintings being used in appropriate situations (e.g. on a wiki about the Renaissance). Logan, and other modern movies, would not come under that.
